Client Success & Administrative Specialist

Location: Remote / Cornwall, ON Type: Part-Time

About the Role: The Client Success Specialist is the backbone of our daily operations. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and that their inquiries are handled with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications via email, phone, and our internal CRM.
  • Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments.
  • Assist in preparing financial review documents and organizing client files.
  • Support digital marketing and outreach efforts as needed.
